The operator and currency
1567385 BC Ltd. supplies new engagements. Existing invoices retain their recorded seller and terms. Alex Pustovoyt is the accountable operator. Fees are in Canadian dollars. The company is not registered for GST/HST, so no GST/HST is added. The invoice records any other applicable tax, the exact total and the commissioned scope before payment.
Two ways to begin
Start a matter is a general question or custom-scope enquiry. It commissions no work and needs no billing details. Services and pricing offers three defined engagements. Saving a purchase request or invoice does not charge money, reserve a review place or start work.
Invoices and payment
The initial original research and written-brief service supports automatic invoicing for qualifying B.C. businesses. This service supplies reviewed research and its written result, with no installed software or software licence. Installation, operated months and other billing locations receive an individually arranged invoice so applicable tax and the schedule are recorded. If payment is available on your private invoice, PayPal shows the recorded total. A pending payment or browser return is not a receipt. The server verifies a matching completed capture before recording payment.
Open one matter
One client matter in one jurisdiction, up to three agreed official source pages and ten supplied records, with 30 pages of supplied material combined. You receive a source register, an original written brief distinguishing confirmed facts, competing accounts and open questions, named next actions, a readable export and one clarification round. Private investigation, security, accounting and legal services, misconduct findings, installed software, hardware and channel subscriptions are excluded.
Review place and delivery
One initial review is active at a time. An available place is held when an authorised payment attempt opens. The initial written brief is delivered within five B.C. business days after verified payment and receipt of the complete agreed records. Weekends and B.C. statutory holidays are excluded. The paid private matter outline helps agree the records; submitting it cannot mark them complete or start the clock. The operator confirms the complete records and delivery arrangement.
Install the office
One firm, five authorised people, three matter records, twelve named digital assets and twelve agreed official source pages. The scope includes the installed local desk, ownership and recovery register, up to three authorised configuration corrections, one agreed export or recovery exercise and a written handover. Stages, tax and dates are recorded on the invoice. Hardware, large migrations, subscriptions and further integrations are separate.
Operate the desk
One installed office, three active matters, twelve agreed source pages and twenty operator hours in one named calendar month. Weekday checks exclude B.C. statutory holidays and interruptions remain visible. The scope includes a reviewed weekly brief, agreed follow-through and a monthly continuity review. Routine requests are acknowledged within two B.C. business days. Installation is purchased separately if needed. Each month is explicitly commissioned and invoiced. There is no automatic renewal or recurring charge.
Authority and source boundaries
You authorise the supplied records and access. Sources, recipients, approvals and processing location are agreed for the matter. Government representation, lobbying, legal opinions, political campaign services, guaranteed outcomes and continuous emergency response are outside the standard engagements. Communication and campaign distribution require a separately agreed scope and lawful recipient basis.
Cancellation and changes
Cancel an unpaid request before a payment attempt. Before work begins, a paid one-time engagement can be cancelled for a full refund. After work begins, any refund reflects work performed and applicable statutory rights. If delivery cannot be met, choose an agreed new date or a refund for undelivered work. A changed scope or extra work needs written agreement.
The working record
Published records, supplied accounts and review entries retain their own sources and versions. A review belongs to the version examined. Later changes can make an earlier brief outdated. No committee was formed to approve this paragraph.
