The supplier and currency
Data Vision IT Services Inc. supplies new engagements. Alex Pustovoyt is accountable for scope, review and delivery. Existing purchases retain their original seller, invoice and terms. Fees are in CAD, before applicable tax. Data Vision is registered for GST and B.C. PST. The invoice identifies the registration, taxable components and exact total.
Enquiry and invoice request
Start a matter sends a general question or custom-scope outline and commissions no work. Services and pricing leads to an invoice request for one defined engagement. Before payment instructions are issued, Alex confirms the answerable question, included records, deadline, available start date, applicable tax and exact total. Saving a request makes no charge, reserves no start date and starts no work. You must be authorised to request the service and disclose the organisation’s billing information.
Invoices and payment
New engagements use individually issued CAD invoices. Published fees are before applicable tax. Data Vision is registered for GST and B.C. PST. The invoice identifies the taxable components, registrations, exact tax, total, schedule and payment instructions for the buyer’s actual circumstances. Use the contracting business address most closely connected to the commission and disclose any exemption or special treatment before the invoice is issued.
Read the invoice before authorising payment. Sending funds, choosing instructions or reporting payment does not create a receipt. The office verifies the matching settlement before recording paid. Older transactions retain their original payment and reconciliation routes.
Available start and delivery
One initial matter review is active at a time. Alex confirms the available start date before payment instructions are issued. The five B.C. business-day period begins after verified payment and written confirmation that the complete agreed records have arrived. The invoice then states the delivery date. Weekends and B.C. statutory holidays are excluded. A saved request cannot start the clock or authorise action.
Open one matter
One original public-affairs research and written-brief service for one client matter in one jurisdiction. Up to three agreed official source pages and ten supplied records, with 30 pages of supplied material combined. The fee pays for reviewed research and its written result, with no installed software or software licence supplied.
- A preserved source register and comparison of the supplied accounts.
- A written brief with confirmed facts, competing accounts and unanswered questions.
- Next actions with named owners and dates, plus one clarification round.
- A private working record and a readable export you can keep.
Alex confirms the question, included records, available start date and total before payment instructions are issued. The written matter brief is delivered within five B.C. business days after verified payment and written confirmation that the complete agreed records have arrived. The invoice states the resulting delivery date. One clarification round is available for ten B.C. business days after delivery.
Install the office
One firm, five authorised people, three matter records, up to twelve named digital assets and twelve explicitly agreed official source pages.
- An installed local working desk, agreed source list and separate matter records.
- Ownership, administration and recovery register for the twelve named assets.
- Up to three agreed configuration corrections on authorised systems.
- One approved export or recovery exercise and a written operating handover.
Before payment, the invoice names the supported owner-controlled device and operating system, installation stages, acceptance checks and dates. Completion requires the agreed local desk to open, the authorised inputs and selected source check to work, one export or recovery exercise to pass, and the ownership register and handover to be delivered. The client may continue using the delivered installation internally on the recorded environment. Ten B.C. business days of correction support follow handover; reusable epv software remains the supplier’s property.
Operate the desk
One agreed working record or suitable existing client workflow, up to three active matters, twelve agreed official source pages and twenty operator hours in one named calendar month. Work uses approved records, exports and a human operator. Installing local software is optional and separately commissioned; no installation purchase is required for a suitable existing workflow.
- One weekday check of the agreed public-source list, with interruptions recorded.
- One reviewed client brief each week and source-linked action routing.
- Maintenance of the agreed intake record, deadlines and named responsibilities.
- A monthly ownership and continuity review, with exportable matter records.
The named calendar month begins on its first day and has no automatic renewal. Before payment, the work plan names the source checks, brief dates, Pacific-time contact window and allocation of the twenty included hours. Unused hours expire at month end. If the included hours are used, routine work pauses until additional work is approved in writing. Each scheduled B.C. workweek receives the reviewed brief recorded in the plan; missed checks and interruptions remain visible.
Your existing workflow
The operated month can use a suitable existing working record and approved records or exports. An installed local office is an optional separate scope. Choosing installation and the first operated month together totals C$12,000 in published fees before applicable tax. Client involvement, source access, delivery channels and review responsibilities are agreed before work begins.
How sources are counted
An official source page is one named web page or one named document at one stable address. An agreed attachment counts separately unless the written scope groups it with its parent page. A recording, sign-in area, frequently changing index or multi-file agenda package needs its own recorded review method. Supplied records are counted as the individual files, messages or notes named in the scope. A replacement version counts as a new record when it needs a new review.
Sources, authority and scope
You authorise the supplied records and access. We agree the source list, recipients, approvals and processing location. Government representation, lobbying, legal opinions, political campaign services, guaranteed outcomes and continuous emergency response are outside these standard engagements. Distribution and outreach require a separately agreed scope that names who may be contacted and why. Provider subscriptions, telephone usage, hardware, large migrations and further integrations are separately priced.
Capacity and interruption
Source checks have a recorded schedule. Failures and missed checks remain visible, and urgent work requires a separate agreement. If the responsible operator becomes unavailable, we agree revised dates or a refund for undelivered work and make the current export available for handover. No unannounced substitute receives your records.
Clarifications, corrections and new work
A clarification explains the delivered brief without adding sources or changing the question. A factual correction fixes an error in the delivered work and does not use the included clarification round. A new source, changed question, later event or additional jurisdiction is new work and needs written agreement. The one-matter clarification round is available for ten B.C. business days after delivery.
Cancellation and changes
Request cancellation by emailing support@epv.ai with the order reference. An unpaid request can be cancelled at any time. A paid one-time engagement cancelled before the recorded start receives a full refund. A paid desk month cancelled before the first day of its named month receives a full refund if no approved work has begun. After the recorded start, completed work is valued from the written scope and included operator hours; the remaining undelivered amount is refunded. If epv cannot meet delivery, choose an agreed new date or a refund for the undelivered work. Approved refunds return through the original payment route within ten B.C. business days. No engagement renews automatically. A changed scope or additional work requires written agreement.
The record you keep
Published records, supplied accounts and review entries retain their own sources and versions. A review belongs to the version examined. Later changes can make the earlier brief outdated. A comparative brief can cite an earlier retained version, including its saved date, source identifier and record-version identifier.
Earlier engagements
The archived October 11 terms apply only to purchases made under that recorded contract. They are not an offer for a new purchase.
