One client question.
A week carried through.
The client needs to know whether a revised consultation notice changes their submission. This fictional matter shows the work and the decisions each person owns.
Make the question
answerable.
The client supplies the earlier notice and asks: “Has the deadline moved, and what do we need to send?” We agree the official page, relevant attachments, delivery channel and the person who can approve the response.
The matter records what needs checking before the client commits to a submission date.
Read the revision
against the earlier record.
The selected notice has changed. epv retains both versions and reviews the changed closing date and submission instructions. A linked document is checked through the separately agreed attachment route.
The working note separates a written-submission deadline from any speaker-registration deadline. An unclear instruction stays an open question.
Make the gap visible.
The public page cannot be reached. The record keeps the failed check, its time and the next attempt. The operator follows the agreed failure-handling route. Yesterday’s capture does not become today’s confirmation.
Give the client
a usable answer.
The next check succeeds. epv prepares the weekly brief with the supported date, source versions, remaining uncertainty and a named next action. Review stays attached to the exact brief and matter version.
The client receives the answer and the record needed to check it.
Keep approval
with the material.
The client approves the exact submission material and names who will send it. Distribution needs its own agreed scope. The matter retains the approval, follow-up and any receipt supplied by the sender.
A later source or brief revision calls for a fresh review. Approval does not silently carry over to new wording.
What an operated month covers.
Up to three active matters, twelve agreed official source pages and twenty operator hours in one named calendar month. One source check on each weekday and one reviewed client brief each week, with interruptions recorded. Review, briefing and administration share the twenty hours.
A suitable existing workflow can be used. Installation is optional and separately commissioned. Routine requests are acknowledged within two business days during B.C. business hours.
This is a fictional sequence, not a client commission or a measured delivery result. Source checks exclude weekends and B.C. statutory holidays. The agreed month, coverage and any urgent work are recorded separately; there is no automatic renewal.
