Alex leads epv’s client work from British Columbia. Bring the decision, deadline or unresolved account. He defines the answerable question, agrees the source list and turns the record into a checked finding, reviewed brief and assigned next step.
He checks the source trail, reviews the final wording and delivers the record. If the sources contradict the expected answer, the record wins. If the agreed material does not establish an answer, the brief names the evidence gap and the next check.

A reviewed brief states the client question, identifies its source versions and separates the supported finding from interpretation. Open questions stay visible. Each next action has a responsible person and date.
The West 28th Avenue investigation rejects a tempting but incorrect match. The Willow Street brief follows a conditional approval to the later enacted instrument. Together they show the working standard: trace the exact decision, test the apparent answer and write only what the record supports.
When a new source or changed context makes a brief outdated, the earlier version and its review remain in the record.
Agree what reaches you
and when.
The scope names the sources, included attachments, check schedule, reviewer, delivery channel and failure-handling route. You approve access and any changes to your systems. The individual invoice records the work and its start conditions.
For an operated month, routine requests are acknowledged within two business days during B.C. business hours. Source checks run on weekdays excluding B.C. statutory holidays. Urgent work needs a separate agreement.
Keep a route forward.
If Alex becomes unavailable, we agree revised dates or a refund for undelivered work and make the current export available for handover. No unannounced substitute receives your records.
Failures, unfinished checks and approvals remain with the matter so the next responsible person can continue from the evidence.
