Deadlines & follow-ups

Consultation deadlines
and follow-ups.

Keep the task, its due date and the person responsible beside the matter. When a date moves or work is cancelled, the reason stays in the record.

The deliverable

What stays in the record

  • The next step and its context
  • A responsible person and a due date
  • Completion or cancellation outcome
  • The brief version affected by a change

The service

Agreed sources.
Clear delivery.

We agree the records, the boundaries and what you will receive before the work begins.

Know what is waiting

An unanswered question, a revised closing date or a submission waiting for approval. Record the next step and its owner so another adviser can continue the work.

Check the submission rules

A closing date is only part of a submission. We keep the published time, delivery channel and any separate deadline for speakers or written material with the source. An unclear rule stays an open question until it is confirmed.

Keep the outcome

Completion and cancellation each have a written outcome. A change to linked work makes an earlier brief visibly outdated. The browser workspace supports assigned follow-ups and recorded outcomes.

Have the work carried through

The operated desk covers the agreed source checks, weekly briefs and follow-ups for one named month. The scope and acknowledgement schedule are confirmed on the invoice.
