policy monitoring.

We check the public pages you choose and keep the changes beside the client matter. The agreed schedule and review responsibility are clear from the start.

The service

Agreed sources.
Clear delivery.

We agree the records, the boundaries and what you will receive before the work begins.

Choose the sources

Council agendas, committee pages, consultation notices and agency updates. Each has an exact address, a check interval and a responsible reviewer. British Columbia is the starting base; other jurisdictions are scoped individually.

Read the change in context

The desk retains captures and shows text changes. We review them against the client question, note what needs confirmation and assign the follow-up. A proposal, a recommendation and an adopted decision keep their distinct status in the brief. Failed and missed checks stay visible.

Know the coverage

Checks run on selected static HTML or text pages while the installed local desk is running. Linked documents, recordings and pages that need a login are selected separately. The browser workspace lets you organise supplied records; it does not run source checks.

Agree what reaches you

The source register names the selected page, its attachments where included, the check schedule, the reviewer and the delivery channel. A failed check is not a finding that nothing changed. We retain the failure and agree who reviews it and when the client is notified. The weekly brief includes reviewed changes and unresolved checks. Continuous emergency coverage is a separate agreement.
