Stakeholder records

Stakeholder notes
and commitments.

Keep the substance of a meeting or call beside the question it belongs to. Record what was said, what was promised and what still needs an answer.

The service

Agreed sources.
Clear delivery.

We agree the records, the boundaries and what you will receive before the work begins.

Record the context

Add the supplied note as a source, with its date, author or origin and the people relevant to the matter. Keep a new version when the note is corrected. A written account remains an account, rather than proof that every participant agrees.

Turn commitments into next steps

A promised document, a return call or a question for another office. Give the follow-up a responsible person and date. Retain the outcome if the plan changes or the work is cancelled.

Make the handover useful

Search across the desk for the record or person you need. The agenda shows approaching follow-ups across active matters. Notes and the reviewed brief can be exported together. The browser desk does not record calls, verify relationships or synchronise a contact database.
